The Unique Formula Identifier (UFI) is a 16-character alphanumeric code that is required on the label of products that contain a hazardous mixture. It is a requirement for products sold in the EU after 1st January 2021.
In addition to having the UFI on your labels, you are also required to provide information on your mixture, and associated products, to poison centres in the form of a Poison Centre Notification product dossier.
The best way to keep up to date with this is to follow updates from your fragrance oil suppliers.
