
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we ask you to contact us within 30 days on placing your order. Please send us an email if you have any issues, and we will do everything we can to resolve them for you.
If your enquiry requests a refund, we make ask for photographic evidence of damage or errors. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your enquiry and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If a refund is granted, we will process the refund back to the original method or payment, or offer your store credit within 48 hours.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with photos to hello@glowclp.co.uk
