What are your processing times?

Our current processing times are 3-4 working days. If there are any issues with your order which may result in a delay, we will be in touch as soon as possible.

How long will delivery take?

All orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class delivery, at a flat rate of £3.59.

Do you offer international delivery?

We currently only despatch to England, Scotland and Wales. Please note that we do not deliver to Northern Ireland.

I am blending my own oils, can you create my CLP labels?

If you are blending multiple oils into a unique blend, then you will need to get your mix calculated by an authoring company. As part of that process, a new SDS and CLP documents will be created for your blend. We do not offer calculation services, however, if you have got your blend calculated and have the CLP documents, you can send them to us to create your labels.
